(If I still haven't misunderstood ) You can package all of your layer data, line and point data,&lt;A href="http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/sharing/overview/mobile-map-package.htm#esri_section1_1e51ecf0bc1741daa3eb6f9ff671fa35"&gt;&amp;nbsp;into a mobile map package (using ArcGIS Pro)&lt;/A&gt;. For your tif, you don't need Local Server. Runtime can read this file directly into your map. This assumes you're using 100.1 or 100.2, and that you are using a read-only scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

What I want is tif(or other) format &lt;SPAN&gt;offline&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;map and load mxd(or mpk) file &lt;SPAN&gt;on it&lt;/SPAN&gt;.Mxd file is the line or point&amp;nbsp;based on the map.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still thanks for your reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
