I can not install ArcGISEngine101sp1.msp

Dears,

I downloaded ArcGISEngine101sp1.msp file but i can not install it,

i used msiexec.exe command in command prompt but the error is the same that i double click .

Error:the upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows service installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing...

My OS is windows 7 and i installed Arcgis Desktop and arcObject and also arcgis Server,

Have you installed ArcGIS Engine 10.1 previously?

The ArcGISEngine101sp1.msp download appears to be a service pack (patch) and not the full installer.

sorry, i'm beginner and to tell the truth i couldn't find any file for arcgis engine in esri site to download,

how can i download ArcGIS Engine 10.1 ?

and i do this operation for the problem that i said in this link , can you help me there?

You normally download software from the My ESRI site (https://my.esri.com/). If you have permissions the downloads are available from the My Organisation tab in Downloads or EDN (if you have a developer license):

The ArcGIS 10.1 disk should also have the engine installer on it.
