How to add locator and network data in offline map while generating offline data through service pattern.

I am creating an app using arcgis runtime sdk for ios 100.4. I am able to generate offline map but i want to add locator and network data to find route in offline mode. How could i achieve it without creating MMPK using arcgis pro.

Our routing and geocoding services don't support exporting for offline use.

One option is to use Streetmap Premium for ArcGIS Runtime. That provides an MMPK with network model and geocoders included. You can download and use these for free during development, but they do incur a deployment cost for production use.
