    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;isNavigating will only fire when the map starts or stops navigating, not continuously.       <title>ArcGIS Mapview decelerating/scrolling stop callback?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px; font-weight: inherit;"&gt;Hi all, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;I want to save viewpoint coordinates when map view had end&amp;nbsp;decelerating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;I tried observing viewport change callbacks and also KVO for "navigating" but these&amp;nbsp;are called on every movement thus making it slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;So please let me know if there is any KVO property that I can observe to get callbacks only when map view scrolling had stopped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="border: 0px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px; font-weight: inherit;"&gt;Thanks is advance,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR style="background-color: #ffffff;" /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px; font-weight: inherit;"&gt;Harish&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
