iPad 3d GIS Visualization (overlay GIS data like the Star Walk app)

Just curious, is there any iPAD app that will duplicate the "Star Walk" or constellations apps but for GIS data?

I want to be able to overlay proposed projects (street or levee) and be able to see how they would look. Similar to holding the iPAD up in the sky to see the stars, I want to hold the iPAD up to visualize what a levee would look like when its built.

I attached an image of a visualization. Instead of a static image I instead want to be able to walk around the yard to see how the flood wall would look from different angles.

Thought maybe someone has got to already be developing something.
