      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm making a call to take a map offline but its started to fail with the error message below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Error Domain=com.esri.arcgis.runtime.error Code=19 "Internal error exception" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Internal error exception, NSLocalizedFailureReason=Failed to open file. May not be a valid tile package.}&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We are using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;AGSExportTileCacheTask.exportTileCacheW&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ithParameters method to take the map offline.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Any ideas why this would have stopped workig?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
