How do I create a map layer with a net image?

Hi, all
    I have gotten an image url like "http://xxxxxx/demo.jpg", and also I know the four corners' longitude and latitude info of this image.
Can I add this image to the map layer and keep the image's corner point in the fixed location of the map layer, similar to using four pins
to keep the image in the map and let it zoom in and out synchronously when the map zoom in and out?

    Can anyone tell me how to do that?
