      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everybody,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have an IOS app to display map with several layers. Recently we upgrade to IOS 8.1, but the map layer features location shift. For example, we have a road layer, but the lines location not correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody has the experience on it? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Can you create a simple Xcode project with a basemap and that feature service that shows the issue?
