      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Converting a MrSid to a TPK makes the TPK so large that it is unmanageable.&amp;nbsp; I'm hoping to use a SID or GeoJPG as a backdrop image.&amp;nbsp; Is this not possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
