Lite license acquisition error

I get an error when I use my developer account to get a lite license on the arcgis official website. I tried several times to clear cookies and log back in, but I still get an error.

Typically such a problem roots in logged in with a non-developer account. Can you double check if your account was created on https://developers.arcgis.com/ ?

Also I'd suggest contacting customer service, open a ticket and have them help look into the issue.

Yes, I registered on the above website, I can create apikey, but I just can't get a lite license.Maybe I need to contact customer service.

😓 Theoretically if a developer account is signed up by an individual without org affiliation, the account should have access to the lite license key. There might be some exceptions that I'm not aware of, unfortunately, so definitely have the support team help with you case.

@NIANXI39If this is still happening, please contact customer service. You should be able to copy and paste your Lite license key from that bit of the web page that you took a screenshot of.
