You can read Tile Packages (TPKs), however.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The MPK workflow is supported with the ArcGIS Runtime SDKs for Java, WPF and Qt.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this is helpful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you're referring to caching on the client while they are online so that they can later go offline, the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/en/android/api-reference/reference/com/esri/core/tasks/tilecache/TileCacheTask.html"&gt;TileCacheTask&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; should be what you want, although it is tagged as being in beta as of the current 10.2.0 API.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I haven't used that yet so I'm not sure what hurdles you may find during implementation. Currently I create tpks from map caches and load them in their entirety onto a device for use as an ArcGISLocalTiledLayer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
