Closest Facility sample on Android

Hello there...
I tried to consume the sample code on arcgis runtime and ran the closest facility. I have published the map service with the network capability on. However, while debugging the module, the program halts on param[0] due to the fact that there is no parameter built. Is there a specfic configuration i have to change to make sure the logic constructs the parameter or what? Appreciate your help.

Here is the REST URL i used to define the facilities. And the incidents are added where the user clicks on the map.

We could not see your map service since it looks like it is local server.
