      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I discovered that if you set the overlay rendering mode to STATIC then the scene and map view opacities are approximately the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
