Sometimes when I&nbsp;call RefreshFeatures, the FeatureLayer labels&nbsp;(that I&nbsp;have defined in the map package mxd) do not show. This behavior is not consistent, sometimes they do show as I am creating new features, and sometimes they do not show.</P><P></P><P>The labels defined in the mxd do not have anything special about them except not showing beyond a scale of 10,000.
