ArcGISRuntime with Xamarin.Android build issues.

Hi,

I'm trying to get ArcGISRuntime.Xamarin.Samples.Android running.

Got issues, hope anyone can help me here.

1. The sample is not restoring the nuget packages although i force Visual Studio to install them.

2. I created a new Android project and added all the nuget packages manually. Compiling this gives another error in the shared project on the lines serializer.ReadObject(ms2) as SampleStructureMap. Error message is The type 'XmlReader' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'System.Xml, Version=4.0.0.0.

But there is no mono version 4.0.

I'm working in Visual Studio 2017

Moved this to the .NET Forum since the Android forum is for the Android Runtime SDK for ArcGIS. Xamarin is part of the .NET SDK and this would open it to the better suited audience.
