      <title>Feature Layer Drawn in incomplete state</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the latest version of xamarin sdk for esri i.e. 100.5.0, I have a Feature Layer that has MinScale and MaxScale set to 0. Visibility set to “true” and is of type esriGeometryPolygon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On completion of first load, this layer is drawn successfully on the map but it is incomplete. On zooming to a certain level&amp;nbsp;however over the incomplete area, the layer start showing up, although there is no zoom level set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This behaviour only persists when executed using the xamarin sdk on both android and iOS Applications,&amp;nbsp;The same Layer However, is drawn completely (on first load ) on&amp;nbsp;our Hosted site&amp;nbsp;that use&amp;nbsp;ArcGIS Javascript api. &amp;nbsp;Layer data and Screen shots attached below from both sources.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
