I'm trying to set up a simple colour banding for a raster, and struggling, can anyone offer any advice?

I have a raster with values between ~0.01 and ~1.01, and would like to use a scale of blues... seems simple.

Should look like this on ArcMap:

which is based on:

I've looked at the colourmapRenderer, StretchRenderer, and BlendRenderer, and struggling to get anywhere near this.

Probably the closest I've got is with the StretchRenderer, where I've achieved:

Clearly this is the pre-set colour ramp "Elevation"

many thanks, Mike
