This is mentioned in R<A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/guide/release-notes.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_910A9F432FAB47A78ACD89F608748DD1">elease notes</A>&nbsp;and you can solve by either using different NetCore version or following <A href="https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/10374#issuecomment-237100425">workaround</A>.
