mapView with visible layer takes 10 % of processor in idle application

I Have builded .net application with ArcGis Runtime mapView control. After start, my application is always using about 10 % of processor. Data is loaded and rendered. When I change layers visibility to false it goes to about 0,5 %. My application without map in idle mode takes about 0,5% of processor.

Do You have any idea what map view do ? Or is there any magic flag ?

Part of my hardware from dxdiag:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz

Memory: 16384MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Card name: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

Feature Levels: 11.1,11.0,10.1,10.0,9.3,9.2,9.1

What type of layers do you have in there?

GroupLayer and FeatureLayer.
