Rotate geometry and transform Box

Using the sketch editor, I'm able to rotate my rectangle on the map. However, after I rotate, the transform box does not rotate with it, which causes issues when the user then goes to scale it. Is there any way to have the box stay bound to the corners as it rotates?

You can see in the attachment that the bounding box did not rotate with the geometry. I've drawn over what I expect it to look like.
