      <title>Geo processing Service failed  and not started</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed Visual Studio 17 with ArcGIS Run time for .Net 100.4 version and installed Local Server 100.3 as mentioned in Guide .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Local Server tested with below sample:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/sample-code/localserverservices.htm" title="https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/sample-code/localserverservices.htm"&gt;Local Server Services—ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET Samples | ArcGIS for Developers&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="jivelink1" href="https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/sample-code/localserverservices.htm" title="https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/sample-code/localserverservices.htm"&gt;opers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/sample-code/localserverservices.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Local server is Starting and then failed when i am using Geo processing service. but when&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;i am selecting the Map service and Feature service it stated well . as show in below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="432239" class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/432239_pastedImage_2.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide solution for this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I am not sure if this &lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.esri.com/community/developers/native-app-developers/blog/2018/02/02/arcgis-runtime-local-geoprocessing-service-startup-patch"&gt;blog post&lt;/A&gt; will apply to you. You can also use&lt;A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/net/10-2/desktop/guide/working-with-local-services.htm"&gt; Local Server Utility&lt;/A&gt; to troubleshoot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
