      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the reasons for the JS API's proxy use is to get around cross-site requests, which isn't an issue with the runtime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But otherwise you can put the proxy url in front of the service url and essentially accomplish the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
