Add support for a leader line from TextSymbol offset

Putting forward a feature request so it is possible to include a leader line for a TextSymbol. Currently I cannot find a way to include a line when I offset the position of a TextSymbol.

I've attached two images to describe what I mean.

I can see that MarkerSymbol has 'leaderoffsetx and leaderoffsety' but it seems to me these don't do anything? If this feature is already implemented how is it possible to achieve?

Leader lines are currently not supported. We have an issue internally for this feature but it has not been prioritized for any near term release. I will add your request to the issue to add more weight.

Thanks for the images. Could you also please share the usecase when you need to use symbols with leaderlines?

Thanks for letting me know.

I have also tried setting up a leader line in ArcGIS Pro, which works. However, when I export to MMPK file and import into the SDK the leader lines do not persist. Is that to be expected as well?
