topic Map control zooming requirement in .NET Maps SDK Questions

We have a requirement in our app to maintain the map centre location when zooming.

I can do this by handling preview mouse wheel and providing my own zoom behaviour that maintains the position.

I'm wondering if there is a similar method to handle this on touch. There doesn't seem to be a way to prevent the manipulation delta being controlled by the map views interaction handlers.

Any pointers would be helpful
