Loading slpk file crashes with Runtime SDK for .Net 100.14

Hello!

Loading slpk file is correct with Runtime SDK for .Net 100.13.1, but WPF application crashes with Runtime 100.14.

Please provide some information so we can try to reproduce the issue and look into this. At a minimum, what is the stack trace for the crash? Can you share an example slpk that causes the crash?

As @Anonymous User said, it would be really useful to get some more info about the slpk (or if you can share some sample data) that would be really useful. At the very least It would be good to know the version which could be anywhere between (1.4 and 1.8).

Thank you @LittleRookie. We haven't made any changes specific to the desktop platform in 100.14 that would cause it to crash. That is a newer version of the data as well and thus it is expected to work. Is it possible to share a sample data? A call stack would help as well to know what's going on.

If possible, can you please try this? Open the same dataset using ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Earth and see if it crashes there in any of the systems?

After testing，ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and ArcGIS Earth 1.15（runtime 100.13）works correctly.

This sample data can not be shared for confidentiality reasons.

If there are other suitable data for this same situation, I'd like to share for you to figure it out.

And now, I have to fall back to 100.13.1 version.

If you have any other data that reproduces the behavior, please feel free to reach out to us and we can definitely look into the problem. Without that, we cannot tell what is going on. I am sorry that you're having issues with 100.14 and would rather have you use that version.
