maps not working on .NET

hello , I am using maps from the services to be exact I am using this link (arcgisonline.com) to show open street world map and its suddenly not working on my app ,I tried other maps too but nothing works the errors appearing on my application are as follows

Exception thrown: 'System NET Http Http Request Exception' in Esri.ArcGISRuntime.dll

Cannot find or open the PDB file.

can anyone explain to me what is the problem ?

Which platform are you targeting? (win32, uwp, ios, android or...). Wrt the exception, what is the message in that exception? The stack trace could also be helpful.

Without the complete exception it is hard to understand what is going on. Could you please fill out a bit more information like @dotMorten_esri requested?
