      <title>maps not working on .NET</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello , I am using maps from the&amp;nbsp;services&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; be exact I am using this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&amp;nbsp;(arcgisonline.com)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to show open street world map and its suddenly not working on my app ,I tried other maps too but nothing works the errors appearing on&amp;nbsp; my application are as follows&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exception thrown: 'System NET Http Http Request Exception' in Esri.ArcGISRuntime.dll&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot find or open the PDB file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone explain to me what is the problem ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which platform are you targeting? (win32, uwp, ios, android or...). Wrt the exception, what is the message in that exception? The stack trace could also be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
