ArcGIS Runtime .NET Visual Studio integrated help (msha)

Is there any integrated offline help for ArcGIS Runtime (.NET)? For my case, *.msha file would be great to use it with Visual Studio. If not, is there any alternative offline documentation beside the documentation in https://developers.arcgis.com/downloads/ (ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET)?

Currently we provide the help doc online via the ArcGIS Developer site and offline as a downloadable standalone deployment of the site. In the past we've included integrated help but the tooling and build process were brittle and ultimately didn't provide a good experience versus the maintenance overhead.

Are you looking for integrated API reference only (beyond the built-in object browser), or both API reference and guide topic content?
