Runtime 100.13 VTPK Errors

Has anyone encountered problems with VTPKs in Runtime 100.13? I have one that works fine in Runtime 100.12, but doesn't work in Runtime 100.13 (both .NET Framework and 6). With the VTPK itself I get this error:

If I upload to AGOL and load the tile layer, I get this error:

I suspect that the custom projection and/or tiling scheme is causing the problem. I created another VTPK from the same map in Web Mercator / AGOL tiling scheme, and it works fine in 100.13. Anyway, I've attached a sample .

Hi Mark,

Thanks for reporting the problem. With the repro data , I can reproduce the problem at my end as well. have created an internal issue to look into this regression.
