Is there support for VR/AR headsets in AR Toolkit?

Hi,

I wanted to know, that instead of android/ios devices can I use my oculus rift for VR/AR experience using AR toolkit?

No the toolkit aren't for this scenario. You should be able to use the ArcGIS Maps SDK for Unity and Unreal for that purpose though. A lot of the underlying tech is still the runtime:
