I may be miss remembering, but I thought that publishing with the map properties set to "Clip Layers&gt;Clip to an outline" used to be honored when publishing. Was that ever the case? Is there a way to do this now?</P><P>Ultimately I need to take a number of state-wide datasets, some of which are managed by other agencies, and clip them to only the watershed of interest. I want to limit the extent to the watersheds without doing a geoprocessing clip operation because I want to keep the data connected to the aurthoritative and regularly updated location.
