AutoCAD is using static-map-tiles-api.arcgis.com services. Is it "Basemaps/Static basemap tiles(beta)" ?

Are there any documentation about how to setup token for them(?):

What is wrong with my token? I have selected every possible checkbox, but still can't access some of the tiles:

Take a look at our beta program for static basemaps here: https://earlyadopter.esri.com/key/locationservices-staticbasemaptiles

It does require a Location Platform subscription, Esri PaaS offering, to access these maps. Please create your account here: https://location.arcgis.com/

Could you please clarify exactly what the user must do to obtain a token that will be valid for the following link:

As I understand this is a beta program, threfore not everyone is allowed to access it?

Are there any updates about it? I have recreated my token and selected everything I could, but I still can't get those links to work.
