Querying for attributes from online feature layer return empty

Hi, I am trying to use ArcGIS REST API to query the feature layer attributes by giving a point coordinate and a few parameters in the API. I provided the x,y to Input Geometry parameter, set Geometry Type as "Point", out fields as "*", spatial relationship as "intersects". The URL after inputting the parameters is below

More information is it did return records if I input a very large number in the distance parameter. So I think the problem might be the input of spatial reference parameter, hence I tried to use 102100 or 3857 in this parameter, but no records returned. Anything wrong with the parameters?

Thanks to whom for viewing my question. I found the answer now. I should input 3308 to the spatial reference parameter which has been used in our project.
