Http referrer for basemaps does nothing

Hi everyone,

we just created a new API KEY to get the basemaps World_Imagery from our app at https://five.epicollect.net.

The request is like:

However, despite settings the HTTP referrer to https://*.epicollect.net,

we are still able to load the tiles from "localhost" for example.

Are we missing something?
