    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using the REST API to fetch data from features on a service, but it will only work if I'm the owner of the feature.&amp;nbsp; I know that I need&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;access&lt;/EM&gt; to the feature that I want to fetch from, but why do I have to be the owner?&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to fix this in my API call or my token fetch?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
