These layers may be edited or modified through some real time sources like GPS. </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>I don't see any changes on my silverlight viewer when these layers are updated. But when I query through REST, it shows the added OBJECTIDs.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>I tried restarting the service but no Luck. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Is it a usual practice that we need to publish it again to see the changes or am I missing something? </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>NOTE: My layers reside in geodatabase in SQL server.
