    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a cached map service running on 9.3.1. I noticed that it is possible to bypass the cached tiles and make a request for dynamically drawn content. I can see a number of pros and cons for this behavior, but would like to know if there is there a way to prevent this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
