    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if there is a mechanism to override the automatic (10.1+) REST cache rebuild process that occurs after a service has been refreshed/added/deleted?&amp;nbsp; I know why its rebuilding it, but I'd like to test something and I need to prevent this rebuild - like we could do prior to 10.1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
