Error authorizing user - Value does not fall within the expected range.

Hello All,

I am occassionaly getting Invalid Url response in the silverlight app that uses the ArcGIS REST API. When I check the rest log. I see the following error:

Log Entry : 4/20/2011 7:44:54 AM
ERROR:Error authorizing user
http://localhost/ArcGIS/rest/services/NE/MapServer/3?f=json&token=atwJMG3m1PXkuze7-zC27Hn01hWS_-OAlB5m6DxDDP0
:Value does not fall within the expected range.

The error is unpredictable. Once I reload the app, everything works fine. I only get this error occassionaslly.

If i use the above url in the browser directly, I see a valid json response.

Any idea what is going on?

I am using ArcGIS server 9.3.1 with service pack 2 with Quality Improvement Patch.

We discovered that it is the threading issue in the ESRI REST API that is causing this problem.
