Unfortunately, this is hard for me to say which one is more accurate in this particular case since I do not live in that area. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Network Dataset hosted on ArcGIS Online is provided by Tele Atlas and updated regularly.
