publish a feature class through restfull service

Hello i'm a newby,
I want to know wich kind of server software and license I need to publish a feature class on restfull service and consuming that through a public web site. This site must be usable from Safari Mobile (so no Flex or silverLight on client side).
I tried to concact Italian support for arcgis server info, but no with no response.

Hi Christian,

For the most basic Web Mapping functionality I would recommend working with ArcGIS for Server Standard. You can visit the ArcGIS for Server Product page for additional details on licensing. Server provides a REST API that can be in conjunction with the Javascript API to develop a web application that can be viewed on a mobile safari browser. You might be interested in reviewing this brief blog post about using the Javascript API on mobile devices or this one on Building applications for iOS using the ArcGIS API for Javascript.

There's also a site to help find the Esri Office near you for additional questions on purchasing the software.
