Update WebMap JSON

Hi,

Is there a way in to update the all operational layers with the rest api? Or any other programmatically way?

I only saw a way to do it manually (Only URLs) with the https://ago-assistant.esri.com/ and some rest API to update other items details.

In other words does the WebMap JSON work like the feature service JSON

In regards to the update possibilities?
