ArcGIS Reverse Geocoding REST API can not be reached

When I try navigating to any of the examples at the Reverse Geocoding page for the REST API, they cannot be reached.

Link to Reverse Geocoding page:

Google Chrome says:

"This site can't be reached"

Internet Explorer says:

"The webpage cannot be found"

Is anybody else experiencing this also? Any fix? Is there a new REST endpoint that I am unaware of?
