Quickcapture maps is empty after surveying

I have a problem with using quickcapture, I take photos in hazards projects, for example <dangerous animals> I can see photos in mobile map, but I can't see them in a <Open in map viewer. There is a just map without any survey or photos. How I can solve the problem?

Hi @NarineHarutyunyan Can you confirm all the records are sent on the mobile app? Also in the map viewer, make sure you selected and added the feature layer(s) that are used to capture records with the QuickCapture app.

Also make sure your project feature layer has query capabilities turned on. Otherwise the layer will be added to the map but no records will be displayed.
