URL button project user input not working

I've a custom url configured to open survey123 and apply a filter based on the quickcapture project user input.

arcgis-survey123://?itemId=4444444444444444444444444&filter=jobid: ${userinput:002}

This works fine in that it opens the correct survey123 project however the actual userinput value doesn't get applied. Instead the filter term in survey123 is literally "jobid: ${userinput:002} instead of for example "jobid: 1234"

This looks to be a bug, we are looking into this now.
