ArcGIS QuickCapture "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Hi,

I am trying to install Quick Capture but I get an error message:

"Your device is not compatible with this version"

The requirements per the ESRI website are:

Android

6.0 Marshmallow or later (ARMv7 32 bit and ARMv8 64 bit)

I am using a: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 model T-350 with Android ver 7.1.1

Specs:

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 SM-T350 (16GB) is a smaller tablet computer with an 8-inch screen. The tablet has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with 4 cores. It runs on the Android 5 operating system. It has 1.5GB of memory

The Snap Dragon 410 is ARMv8-A ISA enabled with 64 Bit support

Any thoughts or suggestions of what could be wrong?

Hi - Please re-check your Android version. It is unlikely to be 7.1.1.
