Prevent capturing multiple records for a button

It is possible is caputre only one record for each button?

Here's my workflow:

1. Enter an incident number (required)

2. Capture records for Deployed, arrived, departed.

Idealy, the user should only be able to click each button once i.e. one record for deployed for that incident ..

Currently, the user can hit the deployed button multiple times.

Hi. It is not possible to limit the number of times a button can be tapped.
