Quick Capture Blank Screen

For some reason, the Quick Capture designer displays a blank screen when I load a feature service .. this feature service was created to use with the Quick Capture....but when I load a different feature service the designer works. Any ideas why I get different results?

I added data to the new feature service to see if that will allow the designer to read the fields. still a blank screen.

Confirmed that the issue was related to special characters in project labels e.g. % < > / . We will aim to fix this (and provide support these characters) in 1.2 (Released October 2019).
