    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - Yes, you need to create a web map in the ArcGIS Online map viewer and add your project layers to it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there anyway for the mobile user to view points already collected in the app? I have a feature layer with some points already collected and would like to avoid duplicates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
