Missing link icon in Quick capture designer in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1

I would like to create a link to Survey123 for ArcGIS from Quick Capture. However, I cannot see the link icon in our Portal for ArcGIS to create a link button. The link icon exists in ArcGIS onLine but not in our Portal for ArcGIS environment. Any help to create the link is very much appreciated.

Hi - The 10.8.1 hosted version of the QuickCapture designer does not support link buttons (as it is too old).

However, if you go here: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/quickcapture/

and choose the option to Sign in with ArcGIS Enterprise (and enter your Enterprise URL), you will be able to use the latest version of the online designer with your Enterprise. This will give you access to link buttons.
