(Implemented) Need the Project User Input to dynamically utilize the field domain

We need the project user input field to recognize and utilize a field domain. More, pointedly, it needs to recognize and utilize changes to the domain. We can't go in and manually update the choice list in the QC Designer every time there are new values added to the domain (which sometimes is often).

We do safety and quality inspections for electric and gas. These occur in patrol corridors. As new lines are added, new patrol corridor names are added to the domain of a corridor name field.

In the QuickCapture app, the user input that pops up when they start a new capture is to select the corridor name from a choice list that they will be patrolling.

Currently, that list has to be created and updated manually in the QC Designer. Instead of creating and maintaining a list, we should just be able to select a field name whose domain will be used for the choice list. Each time the QC project is opened, it should check for and update the choice list from the domain.
